Position: Project Management Director
Role Function
The Project Management Director will be accountable for the design and implementation of the company's processes and deployment of resources. They will establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the efficiency and effectiveness of current and new processes can be evaluated. With input from department leads, they will author any templates, forms, or documents needed for implementation.
The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company and department processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. They will regularly meet with managers and department leads to understand what their current processes consist of and identify opportunities for improvement. They will perform risk analyses to determine how to best roll out new processes while safeguarding company efficiency. They will transform learnings into presentations using empirical data to gain support for proposed modifications. They will provide managers and department leads with operating instructions, as well as training if necessary. Once implemented, they will collect metrics and feedback from end users and empower them to make necessary changes within the framework established by the new process.
Responsibilities
- Compile, research, test, review, and evaluate process and workflow data to identify areas that need improvement
- Prepare process documentation and operating instructions, as well as training if needed
- Communicate and explain new processes to managers; for major changes, meet with entire team to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Develop comprehensive visual reporting, especially live reporting using dashboards for managers and department leads
- Work closely with the various stakeholders to design and build templates and projects in Asana, maximizing its capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
- Advanced proficiency in Asana platform
- 7+ years project management experience
- Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

Key Success Indicators
Implement New Product Development process
KSI - NPD process implemented
- Study and assess effectiveness of current NPD process flow
- Work with relevant departments to build standardized templates for all necessary deliverables
- Build and deliver internal training presentation to align on ways of working
Design and Implement Resource Management system
KSI - Resource Management system implemented
- Research current and new tools to identify the best resource management platform for CCL
- Create resource management strategy to define key metrics and how to increase operational effectiveness/efficiency leveraging those metrics
- Design and implement training plan to onboard team onto selected platform
Design and Implement new or improved process identified by Business Transformation Director
KSI - New/Improved process implemented
- Identify third process that could be created/improved and submit proposal for management approval
- Execute work plan
- Collect data and submit report on outcome of new process

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
