What you will do (day in the life):
Work on a critical knowledge sharing tool for the customer with real world applications. The tool that the team works on is high-visibility and enables collaboration across multiple partners as it is used in the day-to-day mission, throughout the customer and across the broader Intelligence Community (IC). Your work will enable data to be updated and shared in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security.

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is hiring a full-time Project Manager. We are looking for motivated, smart, and friendly individuals to help build our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

A Project Manager on this team:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that all resources are properly allocated
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, and provide regular project progress reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Required Experience:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of IC Agencies and Missions preferred

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or field applicable to the position required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
