Job Description: Manage the GSA-Federal Courthouse project to a profitable and high-quality standard. Oversee operation at the Federal Courthouse. Develop a lasting working relationship with the GSA and Federal Courthouse staff. Meet all Janitorial requirements of the Contract Statement of Work.

Responsibilities and duties of this position include:

• Knowledgeable of all Challenge Enterprises Mission Statement
• Operate the project in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain budgeted benchmarks.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Meet all requirements identified in the customer statement of work (SOW).
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards position and towards peers, supervisors, volunteers, and front-line employees.
• Evaluate the employee's productivity utilizing the standards established by Challenge Enterprises
• Develop efficient work schedules for all employees assigned to the project.
• Produce quality assurance checks via the CompuClean program and distribute to GSA COR and Contracts Administrative Assistant
• Review and maintain time, vacation, and sick hours in MITC for assigned employees.
• Control costs for equipment, supplies, and personnel especially vacation and overtime
• Notify supervisor of your need to take time off and schedule vacation.
• Ensure that all employees have uniforms that are neat and clean.
• Order supplies and equipment from the approved list of vendors and complete a purchase order form with signature and date.
• Conduct periodic Safety training for all assigned employees.
• Attend any mandatory meetings scheduled by VP of Business Development
• Follow all agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmental disabilities and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities in the same field
• Knowledge of the contracts and monitoring guidelines
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
• Must possess good people skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
• Must be able to twist, stoop, bend, reach, pull, stand, and walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Must understand and be able to write Ability One evaluations for employees.
