Roles and Responsibilities
- Turnkey Self-Implement (TKSI), Turnkey with Partner (TKP) - Large, complex multi-year or EPC projects. Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources on TKSI or TKP projects.
- Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership . Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.
First and primary customer contact
- Accountable for EHS of the project within the contractual obligations
- Full P&L responsibility of the project
- Manages multiple stakeholders to ensure project completion (partner, contractors, customer)
- Early development of execution strategy with ITO Commercial manager and ensure successful transition of the project
- Develops and manages the risk register with mitigation action
- Timely elevation of issues through Daily management
- Continuous Risk & Opportunities register maintenance and mitigation actions
- Contract flip page with the project team to ensure all requirements are understood and aligned
- Understand and drive and keep accountable the project team to own main performance target i.e. Rev, CM, cash
- Align the project team when conflicting requirements arise (cost vs schedule, cost vs risk...) Support Functional project managers in escalation within project (across functions, with Customer, with Partner)
- Understand the Performance risk ahead of time (not only at the end of the project when official PT are run) and partner with Performance engineering team to mitigate the risks
- In certain cases, might lead country level activities spanning multiple smaller projects /sites with small number of PMs potentially reporting to them.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

The salary range for this position is $146,300-$242,700. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the
candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for performance variable incentive compensation. Available health and welfare benefits include healthcare, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage; savings account options (such as a Health Care Flexible Savings Account, Health Reimbursement Account, Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account, and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account); and an employee assistance program.
