We are looking for a candidate who can preform independently without supervision.
Maintain construction budget, project status reports, and monitor progression from start to finish.
Provide full time project management support, identifying needs and conveying milestones and deliverables.
Management of project schedule, startup, construction, punch-list, and all other aspects of projects.
Oversee subcontractors working on various phases of projects
Coordinate with team on Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and team
Attend planning and project status meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
5+ years in project management and estimating roles.
Good technical skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
