The Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various business units across the organization, such as Human Resources, Operations, Contract Management, and IT, to ensure completeness and adherence to project plans, identify risk areas, and drive accountability amongst all stakeholders. The Project Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to Business Owners, Senior Management and Customers as needed.
Job Title: Project Manager, Client Onboarding
Description
The Client Onboarding team’s mission is to implement the products our clients purchase in a timely, quality-driven manner. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading several of these implementations successfully, directing multiple workstreams in parallel. In this role, you’ll also be expected to coordinate the execution of deliverables (external and internal) related to your portfolio of projects. Projects will typically span multiple service/product lines and involve several cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for internal reporting on delivery timelines, project statuses and risks, and escalations to/with leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the entire cycle time of your projects, from SOW to Go-Live, and necessary work to onboard clients.
- Maintain accurate project timeline tracking, including communication of risks, proactive resolution of obstacles, thoughtful estimations of future tasks, and communication of progress with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and present key reports and metrics that correspond with your portfolio of projects, catered to the proper audience (internal/external, operational/executive, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of processes and related documentation for the team to leverage as a part of our ongoing improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience and successful results in project management
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with client executives, and able to speak in detail to technical work.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in varying stages of progress without loss of efficiency or effectiveness.
- Positive attitude, passionate about building relationships and collaborating across several teams to yield results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and presentation tools
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with leveraging Salesforce and Aprika Mission Control as a tool to manage projects (tasks, timelines, etc.)
- Experience with implementation in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle industry
- Track record of success working as a part of a team remotely
