Empower and enhance the Customer Experience Program. We are searching for an innovative Program Manager to help us deliver a best-in-class customer experience. As a program manager within our Customer Experience team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our workforce, training, operations, quality, product, and marketing teams to design and deliver key programs that support our Customer Experience team. WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A PROGRAM MANAGER, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
Collaborate with stakeholders across the product, marketing, and operations teams to create structures and interaction models that enable us to improve our promotional effectiveness.
Serve as a primary point of contact for new initiatives including product and state launches as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform all project management activities including documentation, preparation, contingency planning, status reporting, and results measurement.
Develop robust bi-directional communication channels between internal groups to streamline internal workflows and ensure relevant Customer Experience stakeholders are communicating efficiently and effectively.
Represent the Customer Experience customer and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all customer-facing teams.
Provide updates regarding project status, including actions in place for addressing any open issues.
Ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly, remove barriers that inhibit productive collaboration across teams.
Work directly with our knowledge management, training, workforce management, and analytics teams to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for changes before they go live.
WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL USE:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
Ideally, you have 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management within a sales function.
Past experience designing programs for key elements of the sales and marketing process.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders.
Strong collaborative and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams.
You’re able to think strategically about the long-term design of a program while having demonstrated success translating design into effective project plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate in a self- directed, organized , detail oriented fashion.
Experience with Google Workspace, Project Management Software preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
