Title: Project Manager Level 2
Location: Remote (EST and CST candidates are preferred)
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Pay range: $75-$78/hr.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a senior project manager to lead and deliver the implementation of retail store infrastructure projects.
• The work will be focused on migrating store telephony to an open-source platform.
• This will be managing hardware and software rollouts for roughly 500 sites per year.
• The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to drive technical teams and vendors to milestones, and effective at resolving issues requiring collaboration of many stakeholders.
• They need to demonstrate strong communication within and outside of team to align dependencies.
• This individual will be able to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Retail store implementation experience
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
• Advanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skills
• Knowledge of advanced project management, basic program management, and basic portfolio concepts, practices, and procedures within reporting area
• Network/Telephony background will be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules
• Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts
• Design and implement the specific program governance model
• Conduct project meeting, project tracking and analysis
• Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, and delivered to meet customer needs
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
• Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
• Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
