• Must be customer oriented.
• Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods.
• Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the construction process.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must be able to climb ladder.
• Must be able to climb a roof.
• Must be willing to learn the process and work by the process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must complete 6 weeks of training process.
