Job description
This role is to work as the Project Officer for the Approved Clinician Regional Transformation Pilot. This pilot will end at the end of March 2024. This role is currently a one year post, with the possibility of that being extended to 18 months, to lead the pilot project. The Project Officer will have a key role in coordinating the pilot between 3 different NHS trusts, Health Education England, and the Higher Educational Institutions. The role will be hosted by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS trust, but the post holder will be expected to work across the trusts.The post holder may work from home, but there will be some expectation to travel to face to face where meetings where there is required.
The post holder will develop and maintain constructive working relationships with a number of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the HEE Workforce Transformation Lead/Portfolio Manager in the provision and development of efficient and effective knowledge transfer across the Midlands and East (M&E) region
- Providing an executive assistant/business management function ensuring that administrative processes within the project are effective and efficient, liaising with appropriate teams across HEE regional local offices, as required
- Managing day to day running of the regional Approved Clinician (AC) pilot transformation, which includes working with the partners to organise meetings and events for trainees, NHS Trust services hosting the trainees including CPD, expert training and coordination of trainee work
- Coordinating and delivering the business of the Regional AC pilot, in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring deadlines are met and managing a number of action trackers
