To join CLEAResult as a Project Specialist. As a Project Specialist, you will play a key role in providing cost-effective energy efficiency improvements to residential customers throughout the Seattle area. Working with field staff, contractor partners, and internal teams you will ensure smooth delivery and completion of projects.. Utilizing your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven approach you will provide quality deliverables to stakeholders internally and externally.

As a Project Specialist supporting our Washington programs, you will become familiar with various aspects of Multi-Family Retrofit offers with a goal to become a program subject matter expert. This role is fully remote with preference to candidates located in the Seattle area.

  • Champion contractor projects through to payment.
  • Provide support to contractors by answering program requirement inquiries, application-specific questions and being communicative on where their application is in the process.
  • Assist with processing project incentive claims, verify incentive eligibility and project status, and maintain electronic records of all projects.
  • Review weatherization, HVAC, insulation and air sealing specifications.
  • Produce reports while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content and professional presentation.
  • Review and approve incentive applications for projects to be completed to ensure that they are correct, and adequately document required data.
  • Work on additional assignments as needed.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 2+ years of experience in a remote or on-site office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe

Starting Pay: $25/hour
