Technico Gas LLC, a successful Natural Gas/Propane Gas and Heating Supply Company with offices in Lake Worth, Florida, and Tamarac, Florida is seeking a bilingual, FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKING bilingual Front Desk Sales Pro to add to our warehouse team in our Lake Worth and upcoming Port St Lucie, Florida Location.

Job type: Full Time, Part Time, Non-Exempt Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or PT according to agreed timings Location: Lake Worth, Florida/ Port St Lucie, Florida Base pay rate: $15-$16/hour (Paid Weekly)

You will be responsible for working the front-end sales floor along with our Product and Delivery Support Teams. You will be supervised by managers and primarily work in our stores in Lake Worth and in the future, potentially support our store in Port St Lucie.

In Summary, you will be responsible for:

Managing Inventory

Your primary duties will be sales and service to our in-store customers and phone order customers. This means processing orders, logging items in the Technico system of record, and at times, physically moving product within the inventory room to the sales floor, and vice versa. You will work with the Company Sales Team and learn the computer processes and routines to do your job.

Preparing Deliveries

You will prepare and apply shipping and mailing labels to items that are being shipped out, if required to fulfill orders for customers.

Help Load and Unload Inventory

At times, you will physically unload and load inventory trucks and place items within their proper place in the inventory room or warehouse. We look for the candidate to have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Sales Floor Focus

When working in retail environments, you will be required to support the sales floor, fulfilling tasks like taking customer orders and preparing those orders for delivery, as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You will manage a number of different responsibilities while on the job. Because their tasks are so varied, Technico looks for candidates who possess several different abilities, including the following:

• Detail oriented - Our Sales Team handles multiple vendors and product lines, which requires a detail-oriented personality
• Physical stamina – you may be frequently required to lift heavy boxes, stoop, kneel, squat, and perform other physical tasks
• Mathematics skills – you will be good with numbers and figures because they compare prices, count stock, and do other calculations on a regular basis
• Computer literacy – you will work with spreadsheets and other computer software, some computer skills are required
• Customer service - inventory assistants are frequently required to speak with customers, vendors, and other employees, which requires excellent customer service skills
• Former Sales Experience - Working in a showroom environment with high traffic from the plumbing, electronic, or auto parts sales industries a big plus!!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and reliable transportation to work
