Our Propane Department is hiring Summer Help!!

Are you wanting to gain new skills and work outside this summer? We would love to give you that opportunity! Burnett Dairy Cooperative is seeking a Propane Tech Assistant to work full-time from May until September alongside a skilled tradesman.

Skills and knowledge you would gain during this experience:

• Assist with installing, and testing propane systems as well as removal of propane tanks
• Helps with field repairs of tank valves and lines
• Assist with conducting leak tests and system inspections at customer locations
• Inspects, paint and work on repairs.
• Load, secure, equipment to and from specified destinations.
• Learn how to prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquires.
• Under supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines.

no experience needed for this role, we will train!!

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, reach above shoulders, kneel, balance, crouch, push, pull, and stand.
• Frequently required to climb in and out of a truck
