Maintenance Assistant
Are you a motivated individual that enjoys people and a variety of tasks? Looking for an opportunity to learn new skills? We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team.
Qualified candidates must be willing to learn a variety of skills to perform maintenance related tasks for our apartment communities and homes while enhancing resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance.
Duties include: preparing vacant homes for occupancy, general maintenance repairs, painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, small appliance repair/replacement. Applicants are required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
