We are looking for a Property Management Coordinator to work with our service team to provide excellent service to our tenants, vendors and employees.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Preparation for meetings, seminars, company events and client visits, both in-house and out-of-state
  • Updating and Tenant contact lists, executive summary reports, share files, and departmental trackers.
  • Administrative duties (i.e. filing, mailing, drafting letters and e-mails, etc.) and any special projects as required by your supervisors.
  • Assisting the Commercial Property Management division with administrative duties such as aged delinquencies (late letter & 7-day/default notices), monitoring Tenant & Vendor Insurance compliance
  • Coordinating utility transfers and/or property takeover/sale procedures, notifying 3rd party billing services of changes when utilities transfer
  • Assisting in preparation of reports; and provide back-up for Contract Administration and Lease Administration.

High School Diploma or equivalent education required. Qualified candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service oriented role and have a great phone personality. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word and Outlook. Candidates should also be well organized and enjoy problem solving.
