Property Management Seasonal Laborer*

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, provides ground keeping duties as requested, and other duties as assigned.

Examples of Work Performed / Essential Functions:*

• Performs grounds keeping at Chub Lake Park, the Transfer Station, the Carlton, Cloquet & Transportation Building campuses and at any other County administered properties as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs relief custodian duties.
• Assists maintenance staff with special projects as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of minimum working age and possess a valid driver’s license. Experience: None. Training Required: None. Certificates/Licenses Required: Valid driver’s license. Note: Must successfully pass a background check; medical, physical and drug screening.
