Gillespie Group is hiring a full time Multi-Site Property Manager for our Springbrook Meadows and Victoria Pointe apartment communities in Jackson. Our ideal candidate has previous Property Management experience. Applicants should possess the ability to perform essential management duties, including maintaining property financial goals, controlling costs and meeting budget, maintaining occupancy, lead leasing and maintenance staff, attention to resident concerns, implementing community policies as well as demonstrating awesome customer service, be detail-oriented, and organized. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and clear a background and drug screening.
