Role Description: This position is responsible for checking provider data, loading the data into multiple systems, and executing provider agreements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Loads Provider Data across multiple systems.
Verifying and checking provider data on contracts and screening forms.
Verifying contracts to make sure demographics and fee schedules are correct inside of them.
Sending new contracts to providers who have requested a demographic update that would require a change to their current contract.
Respond to internal and external questions via email or phone that come in to the team.
Load delegated clinic rosters into multiple systems.

Minimum Requirements:
Skills required are strong phone, communication, and analytical abilities. Self-directed problem-solving skills are a must.
Candidate must have the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a fast-paced, matrix organization
Customer centric and interpersonal skills are required.
Superior problem solving, decision-making, negotiating skills, contract language and financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience in seeking out, building and nurturing strong external relationships with provider partners.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
