Triage staff members are responsible for the completion of the Triage case workload to ensure all SLAs and TATs are consistently met. Staff member will be responsible for an assigned case workload that will include provider requests, contract and claims research, member move directions, provider rosters, and other types of provider data. The Triage staff member will maintain open lines of communication with the Triage Manager and Lead on any issues encountered, as well as provide feedback/recommendations for any process improvement opportunities

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Excel (proficient in pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Experience communicating with internal and external partners via email and meetings.
• 1+ years' experience in a healthcare role that required research.

• QNXT experience
• PRMS experience
• Medicaid experience
• Experience researching claims
• Experience with large volumes of data
