Opportunity for BC/BE child and adolescent Psychiatrist to join the psychiatry department of an independent multi-specialty clinic (no primary care).

Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Psychiatrist to join a busy well-established 3-physician, 4 midlevel practice. Service area covers a 14-county area with total population of 250,000. This is an underserved area, so the practice opportunities are unlimited! Practice responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient services Local hospital is MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center – a 345-bed facility which has recently opened a new behavioral health unit that includes 24 private rooms, 5 semiprivate adolescent rooms in the psychiatric inpatient unit. Outpatient practice includes clinic plus services for several nursing home and residential care facilities.
