Baby Fox Academy is looking for one AWESOME FULL TIME Floater Teacher to join our team at our new Lakewood Ranch facility! At this location, we serve infants through VPK. Our floaters will get to know all of our children while they help cover classes for teachers who are working on their college classes or collaboratively completing lesson plans.

Our perfect applicant will want to jump right in and play with our little foxes because at Baby Fox Academy…..Having FUN is a MUST!

Baby Fox Academy specializes in play-based learning, so our kiddos spend the day playing, having fun and just being a kid. We are looking for career-oriented staff that will enjoy teaching through play and developmentally appropriate activities.

Some things we look for in applicants:

• · High School Diploma/GED (REQUIRED)
• · Experience working in a childcare environment (REQUIRED)
• · CDA/FCCPC and/or degree in ECE or related field AND Staff Credential (Preferred)
• · 45 hours of Early Childhood Training (Preferred; MUST be completed within 30 days of hire date)
• · CPR Certification (preferred)
• · SUPER ENERGETIC, Friendly, Organized, NOT AFRAID TO GET MESSY and HAVE FUN!(REQUIRED)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
