ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze home option catalogues for omissions and inconsistencies and correct descriptions, verbiage, and pricing.
- Manage national agreement partner rebate submissions and confirm collection for assigned categories.
- Create new options and ensure proper setup across markets, as directed.
- Review and connect color attributes to catalogue options.
- Assist with transitioning lump sum estimates to detailed bill of material takeoffs.
- Identify task code and draw code inconsistencies across markets and make corrections as necessary.
- Enter trade partner material and/or labor pricing into ERP system.
- Analyze option and upgrade pricing and ensure margins are appropriate.
- Provide option and color selection take rate reports and discontinue options that are not being selected, as directed
- Assist with various Purchasing tasks as directed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
