General Description of Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Assistant (QAA) assists with QA document processing and administrative needs. QAA will have day-to-day responsibilities for supporting QA Auditors to complete internal audits, auditing certain services delivered by Agency as well as reviewing documentation, scanning, coding, and verifying.
This position will be required to meet the requirements of a regular office schedule, working five days per week Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4:00pm.
Because the QAA will occasionally drive for Agency business, proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine drivers license are required.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of previous office experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read and write English are required
- Ability to work closely with a variety of professionals at State and local levels
- Must be flexible and able to perform calmly and thoughtfully in stressful situations
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and providing exceptional customer service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proof of $50K/$100K vehicle insurance and a valid Maine drivers license is required
