Well-established Defense Contractor located near LAX is looking to bring an experienced Quality Engineer onto their team of dynamic professionals to take part in the development of their highly innovative product line.
Resume Requirements (in order to receive a response these items must be on your resume):
- 3-5 Years' Experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably within Aerospace/Defense
- Strong Understanding of GD&T Concepts
- Strong Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of configuration management principals & practices
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Strong Ability to interpret/understand customer & industry specifications, i.e.: ISO, ASME, MIL STD, MS, etc.
- Experience with Quality Engineering Tools, i.e.: Cause Map, Fish Bone Analysis, PFMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, etc.
- Ability to provide project leadership for process improvement initiatives
- Experience working with SAP MRP environment
- Prior background that includes machining, assembly, and inspection is desirable
- Management Experience is a plus
- ASQ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt trained is a plus
- Engineering Degree (preferred)
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
