Job Description:
Seeking a Polysomnographic Technologist to work full time days, 40 hours weekly, with our sleep lab at South University Clinic in Fargo. Schedule is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. This RCP is responsible for the performance of all aspects of sleep disorder testing performed on pediatrics through adults. Responsibilities include: patient screening and scheduling by phone, performing polysomnograms, performing patient education during and after patient admission, participating in case review and treatment plans with physicians, and arranging the prescribed patient home therapy. The daytime sleep tech's primary responsibilities include performing daytime sleep studies (PSG/MSLT's), home sleep study set up, patient education, assist with mask fitting, and assisting getting patients set up with their home therapy.
Education Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/ respiratory therapy program or hold current RN, LPN licensure.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician with current RCP state licensure, or state licensure as an RN or LPN.
• Board Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification within 30 days of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
