React Developer Job Description (Mid-Level)

We’re currently seeking a highly skill and motivated Front End Web Developer whose honed skills will provide exceptional deliverables. This role focuses on understanding our platform that enables organizations to digitally transform our organization’s business processes through portals, dashboards, and workflows.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Must be capable of analyzing a design provided by marketing and producing the necessary data and code objects to produce a React Native component that exactly meets marketing’s stated requirements. The component must be capable of running on IOS, Android, and web environments.
• Work collaboratively with the team to set and understand expectations, then work independently to achieve them.
• Work multiple projects simultaneously when/if called to do so.
• Diagnose bugs and/or performance issues recommending a solution and then implementing the solution if approved.

Requirements

• At least three to five years (3-5) of experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js and REST API.
• Strong understanding of client-side scripting and experience with design, debugging and problem-solving using JavaScript.
• Expertise with React UI framework.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience with Web performance optimization methods.
• Understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
• Interest in mentoring junior team members and providing guidance when needed.
• Must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment.
• Developing best-in-class consumer experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) in a fast-paced, agile, start-up-like environment.
• Should be self-driven with basic guidance and should be interested in learning other coding languages as needed.
