GoodVets is a leading veterinary management organization looking to hire our first Real Estate Analyst. Our hospitals are a premier destination for high-quality, full-service healthcare for pets and we are growing rapidly in multiple national markets. We have 20 locations today and will have over 30 locations by the end of 2023.
We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst that has exceptional analytical and organizational skills. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for building and managing proprietary analytics, identifying key markets and communities for expansion, locating properties, and overseeing lease negotiations. The Real Estate Analyst will work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement real estate strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
You will have an impact by:
- Analyzing real estate market trends and provide recommendations to CEO for new locations.
- Having a high level of market insight intelligence within retail markets and developing retail markets to thoroughly analyze relevant data (including but not limited to financial, traffic pattern and demographic data) on all prospective locations.
- Working with local brokers to identify strong prospective locations and negotiate key LOI terms.
- Presenting recommendations and summarizing information for executive real estate meetings.
- Working closely with senior executives to understand the company’s growth strategy and develop real estate plans to support that strategy
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in acquiring retail real estate locations either as a broker or in-house for a multi-site retail business
- Strong ability to analyze financial and demographic data
- Expert knowledge and capabilities within Powerpoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adept at staying on-task, and on time despite ever-changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
