We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team. This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. With commission comes unlimited income growth plus you’ll be backed every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching. Compensation:$85,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
- Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
- Commercial Lead generation
- Commercial lead follow up
- CRM and database mastery
- Follow the plan
- Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
- Proven negotiating and communication skills
- Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
- Real estate license required
