Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit offers, amendments, counters, and any paperwork necessary to complete a transaction
• Prospecting and maintaining the database
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Show houses, place yard signs lockboxes

• Minimum of 1yr Real Estate Experience
• Real Estate License
• Communication and Customer Service Experience
• Highly Organized
