Real Estate Paralegal

Location: North Brunswick, NJ (Onsite)

Full Time Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated paralegal to join our law firm to assist a solo attorney in handling real estate and estate planning matters. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide assistance with real estate and estate planning matters, including document preparation, client communication, and scheduling appointments.

· Conduct research and analysis of legal issues related to real estate and estate planning matters.

· Maintain and organize client files and documents.

· Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.

· Manage the law firm's social media accounts to promote the firm's services and engage with clients.

· Maintain the law firm's website and ensure its accuracy.

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.

· At least 1-2 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm environment.

· Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate and estate planning law and procedures.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Brunswick, NJ 08902: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Paralegal: 4 years (Preferred)
• Real estate law: 4 years (Preferred)
• estate planning law and procedures: 4 years (Preferred)
