Cavender Auto Family Headquarters is currently looking for a talented Receptionist to join our growing family and help “Make Confidence Happen”

Here is what you will be doing:
- First point of contact for our company; welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
- Handling incoming calls, take detailed and accurate messages, and ensure messages are directed to the appropriate individual.
- Receive letters, packages, and distributes correspondence.
- Assist with accounting department functions.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems.
- Maintain a professional appearance always
- Any other duties as assigned.
Here is what you will need:
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous Receptionist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including usage of Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the Makes Confidence Happen culture.
- Strong organization and follow-up.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
