House of Dank is currently seeking Receptionists for our Ypsilanti location.
The main duty of a Receptionist is to greet and check in customers. The Receptionist is the first person that customers encounter so they set the tone for the store experience. This position concentrates on customer service and a friendly demeanor.
**Open availability is REQUIRED**
What you’ll do…
- Greet customers, caregivers or visitors in a welcoming and timely manner
- Check in customers with valid ID cards and Medical Marijuana cards
- Accurately complete visitor paperwork
- Answer incoming phone calls, providing general information regarding visiting the store, purchasing product, and location/store hours.
- Communicate with the sales floor team to maintain a flow between the lobby and sales floor
What we’re looking for…
- Customer service experience including phone etiquette
- Friendly demeanor under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- 21 years of age or older
