Accounting Receptionist Responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support the daily operation of the office. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, a strong worth ethic and punctuality. Responsibilities include: Greeting clients as soon as they arrive, answering the phone in a timely manner and take messages or forward calls, return client phone calls, inform other employees of client arrivals, copy files and maintain paper or electronic documents and records, handle incoming and outgoing mail, respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner. Top skills and proficiencies: Customer Service, Overachieving Attitude, Work Ethic, Verbal and Written Communication, Friendly, Professional, Patience, Interpersonal Skills, Telephone Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Punctuality. Education/Experience: High School Degree. Experience in data entry, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred. Previous experience in billing, finance or other related fields preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
