We are proud to offer a full continuum of premium healthcare services provided by highly trained and skilled personnel with years of experience. We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist.
Duties Include:
- Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
- Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
- Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
- Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
- Greets visitors at community’s front reception desk
- Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery preferred.
- Customer Service/Hospitality background-highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
