Receptionist

We are a 180-bed skilled nursing facility offering an array of therapy services. We have three units; long-term care, short-term care, and memory care. Be a part of our team and receive generous support and a staff that welcomes you.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and taking messages.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
