A boutique Asset Management company based in the West End and looking for a temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant. This is a wonderful opportunity for a superstar candidate who is well-presented and switched on to support the Office Manager. The successful candidate will support a small London based team of around 25. They are looking for a diligent and proactive candidate to come in and hit the ground running, It is a varied role with a lot of exposure to all levels of the business.
What you will do
- Overseeing general office supplies and facilities - maintaining and ordering stationary as necessary, dealing with general equipment and kitchen supplies
- Liaise with facilities manager regarding building and office maintenance issues
- Overseeing contracts, fire risk assessments and annual/sick leave management
- Assist with CRM and ensuring that the internal databases are kept up to date
- Meeting administration including booking, catering and diary
- Ownership of Front of House and switchboard
- Support Finance Dept with logging and preparing invoices, resolving and assisting with audit prep

- Happy to muck-in where necessary & improve processes
- Top notch communication skills
The temp rate is £15/hour.
