Grove Manor Estates, an Assisted Living community located in Braintree, has an immediate opening for:
Weekend Receptionist ( one day during week)
Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
Additional optional hours may be available on a flexible basis.
Occasional coverage for other shifts during summer vacations and vacancies.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Dispatch, via two-way radio, maintenance, housekeepers or nursing staff as required
- Respond to resident inquires
- Filing, copying, typing memos etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Reliable, flexible scheduling
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Can work independently with little to no supervision
- Available to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Able to pass a background/drug test
ALL STAFF at Grove Manor Estates agree be vaccinated against COVID19 (including booster) and Influenza. This is MANDATORY for all positions per the State of MA.
