Westfield Inn is hiring for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the Westfield team!

Benefits/Compensation/Work Schedule for the Part-Time Receptionist:

• Average of 24 – 32 hours/week. Must have the flexibility to work a variable schedule (7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am) including weekends.
• 9 Paid Time Off Days
• Annual Incentive Program Eligibility
• Hourly Rate: $16.50
• 50% off green fees and cart fees for employees and accompanied guests
• 50% all apparel and 20% equipment and accessories at the Golf Shop
• 40% off a la cart, on course and pool concession F&B
• 20% off lodging at the Westfield Inn
• Onsite wellness center
• Location: Westfield Center, Ohio easily accessible from I-71 and I-76

Qualifications for the Part-Time Receptionist:

• 1+ year of experience in an office or similar position
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong focus and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in an office environment including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, handle, and lift 40 lbs
• Availability to work a variable schedule (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including weekends and some holidays

• Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Creating and maintaining reservations; operating booking and Point of Sale
• Perform various administrative and clerical duties
