Recovery Support Professionals Needed

The Recovery Support Professional will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes facilitating psychoeducational groups, documenting of meetings and progress on recovery goals, and coordinating basic needs.
Fulltime position – 40 hours per week with a consistent schedule
Pay rate $17.00
Qualifications
*CT Drivers License with ability to transport
*High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with Behavioral Health preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitates psycho-educational groups in the program.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
- Collects urine samples for drug testing as requested by Supervisor and Clinician.
- Provides transportation to clients for appointments as needed
