Onsite Recruiter

KAT TRANSPORT is seeking an Onsite Interviewer to join our Recruitment Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with our field teak, a global logistics company, to conduct over 400 face-to-face interviews annually and help identify top talent for open positions. You'll be responsible for building relationships with local workforce organizations, developing new ideas to attract qualified applicants, and delivering high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

The position works onsite at our client’s location 5-6 days per week.

We are looking for Recruiters, Recruitment Coordinators, Recruitment Specialists, Talent Sourcers.

Ideal candidate must be independent, posses ability to create staffing strategy to meet company needs and control attrition under 3%.

Staffing Transactions

Employee Screening and Personnel Recordkeeping

• Screens potential applicants.
• Processes job applicants.
• Checks employee references and verifies license(s) and other credentials.
• Enters new employee information into the computerized scheduling and internet profile systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and human relations skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the telephone.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful conditions.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience. A related degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
