Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Admissions recruiter responsibilities are varied in nature and may encompass functions from other departments as well.

While their core tasks are to attract prospective students and help them in securing admission, they may also perform other tasks such as explaining the finer details about the institute, performing clerical tasks and other administrative functions. It is a job which requires a high amount of research and dedication on behalf of the admissions recruiter.

Core Job Responsibilities of Admissions Recruiter

Following are the chief job functions carried out by an Admissions Recruiter:

*Conduct interviews and entrance interviews *Facilitate tours and orientations on the first day *Enrolling prospect students *Working closely to the Directors of the Institute *Weekend availability for Institute tours *Organizing orientation for newly recruited students and guiding them through the various sub processes involved in the institution. *Representing the institution in different career fairs, events and communicating with other organizations for exchanging information and details about different students, thus increasing the number of prospective students *Perform other duties as assigned
