Overview
The Recruiter, Distribution Support will deliver full life-cycle recruitment for hourly hiring needs at multiple locations and across multiple shifts to meet and exceed recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations using market-specific recruiting, social media networking, passive candidate contact and other sourcing tools.
What you will do….
- Drive recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs
- Create and coordinates internal and external job postings
- Utilize social media and other networking resources, including on-site recruiting fairs, for all facets of sourcing process
- Manage recruitment process by initiating and submitting all required forms and letters; ensures candidates receive applicable paperwork throughout hiring process
- Maintain candidate tracking and status in on-line applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate pre-employment processes including assessments, background checks and drug screens
- Assist in developing and maintaining recruiting procedures, and other related materials
- Travel to Saddle Creek locations to support recruiting start-ups, and location specific recruiting needs
The ideal candidate will have….
- Three (3)+ years of hourly recruiting experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, HR business partners, and hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process
- Proven ability to successfully meet deliverables and excel in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Effective interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to speak confidently about the company’s business and strategic visions
- Experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles including internet sourcing/advertising, direct sourcing, and social media
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of the internet, Social Media, Applicant Tracking Systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have attributes of a dedicated and resourceful self-starter that can deliver results
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends in support of recruiting needs
- Ability to travel once a quarter

- Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Have Recruiting experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Environment
- Are bilingual
