Discovery ABA is a provider of family-centered in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism spectrum disorder between the ages 2-18 years old.
We are looking for a talented, goal oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in our hiring process. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing our candidates applications, evaluating resumes and scheduling and conducting virtual and phone interviews.
Salary: $23 to $27 an hour

The Role :
- Sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified candidates
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
- Conducting virtual and phone interviews
- Extending job offers to potential employees
- Consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
Experience:
- Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Must have great attention to detail
