His & Hers Roofing is looking for a highly motivated recruiter to find the right talent for our team! Our ideal candidate has strong customer service and recruiting experience coupled with organizational skills and a knack for identifying great talent. We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented team player.
Job Duties:
- Source and Recruit candidates using job boards and social media
- Screen candidates resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates relevant experience
- Answering Inbound calls/Making outbound calls.
- Collaborating with your Team
Requirement's and Skills:
- Customer service experience (2+years)
- Recruiting (1+ years)
- Computer Skills (proficient with excel)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.64 per hour
