Recruiting Coordinator
Financial services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide support for all recruiting
efforts. This position involves performing functions that allow the leadership team to efficiently
attract, recruit, select and contract new financial representatives. The ideal candidate is professional,
confident, eager to learn, has a passion for helping people, high attention to detail, enjoys connecting
& building relationships and has a positive go-getter attitude.
- Coordinating various schedules to support and facilitate the firm’s recruitment process
- Maintain candidate database using the firm’s applicant tracking system
- Send appropriate communication to candidates in the selection process.
- Working with candidates throughout entire recruiting cycle, shepherding candidate’s through
- Provide support to all leadership team members to facilitate the recruitment and selection
- Maintain and manage all online job platforms including but not limited to: Indeed, Company
- Support team with college campus recruiting efforts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR upcoming college graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technologically-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally as a team member and with all levels of people
- Willing to sit in front of a computer for an extended period of time.
