Recruitment Consultant – Built Environment – Work from Home – UK Wide

Highly successful suppliers of freelance, permanent, and temporary staff to clients in the Built Environment sectors are seeking experienced consultants that can work autonomously.

Company Overview:

• Independent, entrepreneurial, and profitable £20m T/O construction specialist.
• Established 12 years.
• A privately owned agency where all staff are holding a stake (EMI share).
• 20 staff (annual biller GP figures range from £150k – 750k!).
• 400 clients last year, 500 temps working each week.

Recruitment Consultant Profile:

• 360 Billers / Self Starters / Recruitment Consultants up to Associate Director level
• Recruitment background in Blue or White Collar Construction/ Built Environment sector.
• Recruitment background in Blue or White Collar Construction/ Built Environment sectors.
• 4 years + experience.
• Can be based anywhere in the UK.
• Recruiters billing over £120,000 + annually as a minimum standard.

Recruitment Consultants – What’s in it for you!

• £30,000 -£50,000 basic salary + negotiable commission with no thresholds.
• EMI share/equity scheme available to all employees enhanced equity option at Director level.
