What we offer:

  • Starting Salary Range - £20,800 to £26,000 dependent on experience
  • Generous Bonus Scheme - up to 10% of annual salary subject to T&C's
  • Paid travel expenses
  • Full Time 5-Day Week - 40 hours, Monday to Friday, must be prepared to work weekends if required during busy onboarding/training periods.
  • Holiday - 5.6 Weeks holiday per year rising with Length of Service

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who has previous recruitment, training or HR experience preferably within the healthcare, social care, hospital or charity sectors, who thrives on being part of a successful team in a fast paced environment.

This is a varied role and you will be responsible for the end to end activity required to identify, interview, recruit and retain our next generation of valued Care Professionals.

You will also explore recruitment opportunities in the local area, attending recruitment events both on site and in the community as required, this may include some early evening and weekend work during peak recruitment periods.

Qualifications

  • An experienced healthcare professional with a background in training, HR or recruitment

You must also:

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be at ease with technology, online recruitment or training platforms & Microsoft office or similar software
