Eduction Required- Must have high school diploma or equivalent with successfully completed course work.
Experience Required- Must have one (1) year of experience working in a healthcare environment.
Other-
Clerical and computer skills required, including data entry, office machines, and working knowledge of phone systems.

- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs for internal communications (email) and database tracking/reporting, as well as proficiency working with electronic health records.

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer services skills via telephonic communications.
- Must have knowledge of basic medical terminology.
