Job Summary
Directs the regional operations and policies of multiple accounting functions including international functions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Country Finance Managers
Duties/Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the year-end audit process for the Company;
- Implement accounting policies and GAAP in the region;
- Participate in building a highly scalable, best-in-class accounting organization as a key partner with the senior leadership team;
- Drive financial and accounting operations of the assigned region;
- Supervise foreign finance and accounting functions and complete detailed review of monthly financial close with foreign markets;
- Assist with US Corporate accounting projects;
- Track and coordinate timely compilation of all audit related documentation and related responses;
- Ensure accurate and timely updated of the monthly reporting packages for assigned region;
- Support regional and corporate operations monthly forecasting and reporting;
- Monitor and maintain regional overhead budget/forecasting;
- Provide support and leadership to country finance managers and entities as need with additional support to regional operation and management teams;
- Respond to Controller as assigned with accurate and timely supplemental reporting;
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports;
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner;
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables etc.);
- Ability to design reports which present information in a concise manner for use by top management in decision making.
- Ability to learn quickly pick up new processes with minimal training and take initiative to resolve problems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 5 years of hands-on accounting/analytical experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication proficiency.
- Strong Financial Management capability, including experience with foreign currency and intercompany transactions.
- High ethical conduct and credibility.
- Oracle experience strongly preferred.
