Regional Director of Clinical Operations -Nursing Home
Located throughout New England
A company that owns multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout New England is looking for a strong Regional Director of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations:
- Responsible for full clinical oversight of 4 buildings
- Overseeing the Directors of Nursing, conducting mock surveys and ensuring facilities are in clinical compliance
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, systems, and care delivery and recommend changes for improvement
- Advise and assist staff in maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support and ensure the implementation of clinical programs, practices, policies and procedures, and technology used by company
- Advise and assist staff in maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Performs all related duties as requested
Requirements of the Regional Director of Clinical Operations:
- Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Massachusetts or New Hampshire
- Must have a strong clinical background/knowledge
- Regional Nurse experience preferred
- Experience in direct patient care and assessments of clinical conditions
- Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in the healthcare field
- Experience in coordinating educational events
- Must have DNS experience and LTC/nursing home experience
